Action Research describes how action research helps Librarians to maintain reading environment . Action Research tool for teachers are coined PDSA-Plan Do, Study and Act. Reviewed SWOT analysis and spiral model of action research.

• Learned how to conduct action research in library class to overcome the problems of class room management.
• Learned how to plan, do, study and act accordingly in action research.
• How to identify, plan, act and decide.
• Learned the concept of swot analysis.
• Learned how to utilize various features of google tools, like google form, sheet, slide, docs, drive, etc.
